Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellation requests may not always be possible.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices may not include taxes, customs duties or import charges applicable in the customer’s destination country.
Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment and billing information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and may take approximately 10–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, transportation disruptions, local logistics conditions, carrier delays or periods of high demand.
NYARI STUDIO works with third-party logistics and shipping providers and cannot be held responsible for delays occurring after an order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may be available for selected orders and destinations.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, holidays or unforeseen transportation disruptions.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used wigs and beauty accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or refunds may only be considered for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must contact us through the website contact form before attempting any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
