Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from NYARI STUDIO.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products intended for personal use are non-returnable once opened, used, worn, or no longer in their original sealed condition, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note that products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, excessive wear, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@nyaristudio.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
